1. CHECK-IN TIME 2:00 p.m. and CHECK OUT TIME is 11:30 a.m.
2. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS. If you have a bathroom key and plan to leave before the office opens it must be returned the night before to obtain
your key deposit.
3. A current credit card, MasterCard or Visa is necessary to hold a reservation. My signature below hereby authorizes Le Sage Riviera Recreational
Vehicle Park to charge the rental fees or cancellation fees to my credit Card.
4. Cancellation policies: notification five days prior to arrival or a "NO SHOW" fee of $55.00 will be charged.
5. All vehicles must have a current registration to stay in the Park.
6. Max of 2 pets, less than 40 lbs. They must be on a leash at all times. All dogs must be walked off the property to do their business. Prompt
cleanup by the owner of any mishap is mandatory. NO DOG(S) ARE ALLOWED TO BE TIED UP AT THEIR SITES OR THE BATHROOMS/SHOWERS
AT ANY TIME, THEY CREATE A POTENTIAL SAFETY HAZARD FOR GUEST(S).
7. ALL VISITORS MUST PARK ON THE STREET AND WALK IN. Overnight guests will be charged $3.00 each.
8. No car repairing in spaces or in the park. A fee of $10.00 will be charged for washing any vehicle in the park.
9. No loud noise after 10:00pm or before 8:00am. There shall be no clutter under/around your RV or vehicle.
10. If you or your guest(s) smoke, you are responsible for picking up the cigarette butts.
11. RV's older than 10 years not accepted without manager’s approval. NO TENTS on sites.
12. The maximum stay in the Park is 6 months. You must leave the park for one month before returning if we have space for your next reservation.
13. Bathrooms/showers require a $10.00 deposit for the key, REFUNDABLE. Key must be returned prior to 11:30 a.m.
14. A minimum of 3 nights stay on HOLIDAY WEEKENDS IS REQUIRED.
15. Any damage done to any of the parks property will be the responsibility of the registered guest to pay for any and all repairs.
16. Le Sage Riviera assumes no responsibility or liability for personal injury, loss or damage to property of its guest.
17. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
18. Please do not walk through or between other people’s campsites.
19. Limit of eight (8) people per campsite, including guests.
20. Guest, Friends and Family may come to visit permitting they park outside; and their vehicles do not enter the park.
21. Do not park vehicles in empty sites; vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.
22. The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH & MUST BE OBSERVED. PLEASE WATCH FOR CHILDREN. Anyone going over the speed limit will be
required to park outside the park.
23. Le Sage Riviera has a zero tolerance policy for any abusive behavior, language or rudeness toward any staff members.
24. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE BATHROOMS, SHOWERS OR ON THE DECK RAMP AREA.
Pursuant to Article 1, Sec. 799.20 of Chapter 2.6 California Civil Code any person in default (failing to pay for his/her occupancy or failing to comply
with the above rules), may have their vehicle(s) and R.V. removed from the park after proper notice. Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 799.20,
et seq., a recreational vehicle may be removed from the premises without judicial hearing, after the service of a 72-hour notice, if the occupant who
has been in the park for 30 days or less, has either: (1) failed to pay his/her occupancy in the park, or (2) failed to comply with the park’s rules and
regulations. My signature below acknowledges my agreement to the above rules.
