We are a full hook R. V. Park. We have water, power, sewer hooks. However, we do not have cable hooks in the park. Almost all our
guests have satellites for their units. You can receive local channels with your antenna. We are within walking distance to the pacific
ocean, the white beaches and sand dunes. The beach ramp which gives access to the beach for anyone wishing to drive on the
beach is less than two blocks from Le Sage Riviera.
While staying with us, be sure to take advantage of the local golf courses, beaches, and wineries. Pismo beach is famous for its
beautiful coastlines and boasts sand dunes, and the only drivable beach in California. For those interested in taking things a bit
slower, this area offers great dining and shopping in the village of Arroyo Grande with it's slower pace.
Our park offers large, level sites with full hookups in both pull through and back in sites. Our sites are well spaced, most spaces are
twenty-five (25) feet wide, for your privacy and include picnic tables for the summertime BBQs.
While here, be sure to explore the nearby beach and town of Grover Beach. This area is full of fun and exciting things to do and certain
to keep you busy during your stay with us. If you have not explored the beach towns of California, you are in for a treat. This relaxing
part of the state provides a true resort feeling without the hassles of larger cities.
Come take the time to relax, walk on the beach and enjoy our beautiful sun sets on a lazy afternoon with your love one or just sit and
watch the sun go down.
